Emotional Freedom Technique
The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also Known as tapping, is a holistic healing technique that involves gently tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while focussing on a particular issue or emotion.
This practice is believed to help release emotional blockages, reduce stress, alleviate physical discomfort. and promote overall wellbeing.
EFT is based on the principal that unresolved emotional issues contribute to physical symptoms and that by addressing these emotions one can experience relief and healing.
