The Whole You Series
Four Live and recorded Online Workshops
Unpack the wellbeing noise we hear every day and explore what it actually means for you.
“Regulate your nervous system.”
“Change your beliefs.”
“Listen to your body.”
“Raise your vibration.”
“Manifest what you want.”
We're surrounded by advice about what we should be doing to feel better, think differently and change our lives.
But what does any of it actually mean?
The Whole You Series is a collection of four practical online workshops exploring some of the ideas and phrases we hear all the time, looking at what's really going on underneath them and, most importantly, what they might mean for you.
Join One Workshop Or The Full Series

Wednesdays throughout October | 7–9pm | Live Online
Week One - Wednesday 7th October - 7–9pm
“Regulate Your Nervous System... But Why?”
We're constantly being told to “regulate our nervous system”. But what does that actually mean?
In this workshop we'll look at what your nervous system is doing throughout everyday life, what people actually mean when they talk about dysregulation, and why you might respond to certain situations in ways that don't always make sense to you.
We'll explore fight, flight and other nervous system responses in straightforward language, along with practical ways you can support yourself.
But we'll also go a little further.
Rather than always asking “How do I regulate this?”, what happens if we also ask “What is my nervous system trying to tell me?”
This workshop is about understanding your nervous system, not being frightened of it or treating every uncomfortable response as something that needs to be fixed.

Week Two - Wednesday 14th October - 7–9pm
The Stories We Believe
From the moment we're born, we begin learning stories about who we are, how life works and what's possible for us.
Some come from our families and childhood experiences. Others come from school, relationships, society, the news, social media and the world around us.
And then there are the stories we repeat to ourselves.
In this workshop we'll explore how those messages can become beliefs, how beliefs influence the way we think, feel and behave, and how easily something we've heard repeatedly can start to feel like a fact.
We'll look at self-talk, identity, limiting beliefs and the role of the subconscious, as well as beginning to question some of the stories we've been carrying around for years.
Because sometimes the story you've been living by isn't necessarily the truth.

Week Three - Wednesday 21st October - 7–9pm
The Body Speaks Your Mind
We often think about our mind and body as separate things, but they're constantly communicating with each other.
Stress can change our breathing. Fear can make our heart race. Embarrassment can make us blush. Anxiety can be felt in our stomach.
So what else might our body be communicating?
In this workshop we'll explore the relationship between thoughts, emotions, stress and the physical body, including where and how we experience emotions physically.
We'll also look at some of the language we use around our bodies and experiences, and how curiosity can help us notice patterns we may previously have overlooked.
This isn't about blaming ourselves for illness or suggesting that every physical symptom has an emotional cause.
It's about becoming curious about the conversation happening between mind, emotions and body, and learning to listen a little more closely.

Week Four - Wednesday 28th October - 7–9pm
Where Your Attention Goes, Your Life Follows
Manifestation. Energy. Frequency. Law of Attraction. Raising your vibration.
This is probably where the wellbeing noise gets particularly loud!
In our final workshop, we're going to unpack some of those ideas and explore what they might actually mean in everyday life.
We'll look at attention and focus, the things our brains naturally begin to notice when something becomes important to us, and how our thoughts, emotions and energy can influence the way we experience the world around us.
We'll also explore manifestation, intention and visioning, bringing together some of the practical psychology and the more spiritual ideas that I'm passionate about.
This isn't about pretending that thinking positively means nothing difficult will ever happen.
It's about becoming more aware of where your attention is going and what you want to give more of your energy to.

Your Full Series Bonus: 2027 Online Vision & Goal Setting Party
Tuesday 29th December - 7pm
Between Christmas and New Year, we'll get together online for something a little different.
We'll take some time to look back at 2026, including what went well, what changed and what you might not have given yourself enough credit for.
Then we'll turn our attention to 2027.
We'll explore what you want from the year ahead, what you'd love to experience or achieve and where you want to direct your attention, before creating your own vision and goals for the year.
And yes, there will be room for some of the big, ambitious, slightly wild goals too. ✨
Full details will be released later in the year.
Your place is included FREE when you book the complete Whole You Series.
