After such an incredible response to our first Wellbeing Day in September, I’m so excited to be doing it all again.

The Jenisis Healing Wellbeing Day brings together many of the different therapies, practices and ideas I use within my work, giving you the opportunity to experience them all in one day.
Throughout the day we’ll explore a mixture of Reiki, breathwork, meditation, manifestation, cacao and more, with time for reflection, conversation and practical exercises along the way.
You don’t need any previous experience and you certainly don’t need to be “good” at meditation, breathwork or anything else we might do. Everything will be explained and guided throughout the day.
What To Expect
No two Jenisis Healing Wellbeing Days will be exactly the same, but the day may include:

-
Reiki
-
Conscious Connected Breathwork
-
Guided meditation
-
Cacao
-
Manifestation and intention
-
EFT
-
Gentle movement
-
Journalling and reflection
-
Simple practices you can continue to use at home
And probably a few extras along the way!
This isn't about trying to cram as many wellbeing practices as possible into six hours. Each part of the day is brought together to create a natural flow, giving you the chance to experience different ways of working with your mind, body, emotions and energy.
There will also be breaks throughout the day, including time for lunch.
Who Is It For?
You don't need to know anything about Reiki, breathwork, EFT or manifestation before you come.
You might already love all things wellbeing, or you might simply be curious and want the opportunity to try things you wouldn't normally book individually.
Come on your own or come with someone else. My aim is always to create a friendly, welcoming day where you can join in at your own pace.
After Our Last Wellbeing Day...
Our first Wellbeing Day brought together such a brilliant group of women, and the feedback afterwards was better than I could have hoped for.
People described the day as “calming, fun and welcoming”, “really fantastic” and said they would “definitely be back.”

So I listened... and we're doing it again.
